Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partners.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier availability.

Please note that delays may occur due to:

Remote or hard-to-reach locations
Weather conditions or natural disruptions
Courier partner delays or high order volumes

Shipping Charges

🚚 A shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹700 (calculated at checkout)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders.
All COD orders require verification via phone call before dispatch.
Orders will be shipped only after successful verification.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via Email and SMS.
You can also track your order using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at the time of placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
If the delivery fails due to unavailability or refusal, the order may be cancelled.
